Exercises 3 Minutes to Finish the Stress

The stress of everyday life while leaving their imprints on our health and our beauty. Several times, even applying creams, tired face, and her eyes distant and lost again. Hair and skin becomes dry, dark circles increase profits or losing too much weight. They are some of the consequences that stress can cause.
