  5. Hot Peppers- Eating hot peppers help you in a significant way to burn fat. Capsaicin is the main compound that is present in these peppers, and they give you the kick that heats up your body to melt the extra calories that you put on. You can include hot peppers like cayenne in eggs, meat or soup.
