Nobody wants to fall ill or be suffering from painful or uncomfortable symptoms for too long. When it comes to returning to your regular routine, you will want the best possible solutions for treating the symptoms of a variety of illnesses.

Beat These 6 Symptoms

Here are 6 common symptoms and some great ways you can work to tackle them.

  1. Blocked Nose

A blocked and stuffy nose can leave you feeling uncomfortable, exhausted, and unable to breathe correctly. When you’re experiencing a cold or flu, a blocked or runny nose can be a constant additional irritation.

You can combat a blocked or stuffy nose by using steam. This could be holding your head over a bowl of steaming, hot water, or taking a hot bath or shower with the bathroom as steamy as possible. This will help to clear your blocked sinuses, and it can also work better coupled with oils such as eucalyptus or menthol in the water.

A sauna is always an option, too.

  1. Nausea

The feeling of nausea can leave you unable to fulfil your usual daily routine if every moment you feel as though you’re going to throw up. To combat nausea, try to lessen your physical activity and stay still. You should avoid acidic drinks, such as orange juice, and ginger can also help to ease your stomach. When eating, you should stick to dry items, like dry toast or bread.

  1. Upset Stomach

When you have an upset stomach, it can not only be painful but leave you dehydrated, too. To combat stomach flu in the best possible way, you need to gain a fast-acting hydration and mineral source to replenish your body for all that is lost during an upset stomach. Solutions from resetiv.com are perfectly tailored to ease the symptoms of an upset stomach and have your body recover in no time.

  1. Fever

If you have a high temperature, then ibuprofen taken in regular doses can help to reduce your temperature, as this works as an anti-inflammatory. You should avoid caffeinated drinks and consume more water, as this will ensure that you stay hydrated and help to cool you down. You can also try taking a cold bath or shower to reduce your temperature and feel more comfortable.

  1. Fatigue

The best way to combat fatigue will be the very things you probably won’t feel up to doing namely, movement and eating. Staying active and getting your body moving can help you to feel less fatigued and more energized. High-energy foods and drinks with plenty of vitamins and minerals will make sure that you feel less drowsy and more alert.

  1. Muscle Aches and Pains

If you have general muscle pains, then stretches and exercises such as yoga can help to loosen out the body and target the muscles. It may also be useful to have a professional massage which can improve circulation and ease muscle pain or tension. Soaking in a hot bath may also be beneficial if you have sore muscles all over your body, and anti-inflammatory items such as rubs, oils or medication can better help for joint pain.
