4 Myths About Weight Loss

1. Diets low in carbohydrates and lots of protein is healthy

3. Starch thickens

Furthermore, starch is a complex carbohydrate and carbohydrates are a valuable source of energy for the body.

4. Natural products are safe slimming

Until recently, for instance, circulating in the West herbal products containing “ephedra”, a substance that caused serious health problems in many people.
