Do you own a Treadmill and has not able to get much out of it? Probably your workout plan is just not good enough for you. What you have done earlier might not be effective anymore. You need to do a better job, which meets your demands and it can’t be possible unless you are ready to make that effort.

I think it’s time that you learn about all level exercises so that you can figure out where you have reached and how far you have to to go, to arrive at the finest level.

  • Jog & Walk: Once you get a little comfortable with the best Treadmill then you should start giving the 60-minutes of Walk & Jog workout. You can start with walking briskly and then start jogging slowly. The target is to reach 300 periods a day.
  • Sweat Like You Had A Shower: can anyone describe the actual meaning of a workout? You have to maintain the speed and also to last at least 30 minutes (jogging) to reach the point where you body have sweat like you just had a nice shower.
  • Pyramid Intervals: Do you have enough time to spend on the workout? Then why not workout twice a day, which is like waging war against the FAT. This is the war you will win if you can pull off 30 + 40 minutes a day. You will take a break then come back in the evening.
  • Ladder Workout: You can shed more fat and burn the unnecessary fat in your body by adding more endurance. You should learn to push yourself after a period of time.
  • ABS: Treadmill is a cardio machine which burns the fat in your body. If you are someone who is working to increase the mass of your body then maintain proper exercises.
  • 550 Cal: First you need to identify amount of calories you consume in a day and then you should start working out five times a week and lose 500 calories a day. You can take an interval between them.
  • Diet: If you are serious about the weight loss then you should start having healthy foods in your diet.
  • Hike: Take things inside and outside of your house. Why not go for a long walk and then start working out on the Treadmill then the results will double.
  • Mountain: A mountain is not an easy task to climb but when you are using the Steep inclines method then you should be able to increase the walking speed and burn few inches.
  • Summer Season: Not many people think about it but Summer seasons are the right time to shed fat in your body. You can burn more than 500 calories a day in just 40 minutes of non-stop workout.
