On the occasion of the launch of New Haven, Bengaluru, MD and CEO, Tata Housing Development company, Brotin Banerjee, opined that the Tata has launched affordable homes keeping in mind the rising demand for affordable homes. New Haven, Bengaluru, is actually the fourth project of SVHL under this brand. He felt that it was the need of the time for changing lifestyles of the people of Silicon Valley.

The master design of New Haven, Bengaluru, is in accordance with nature. The entire network of all the buildings are reminders of organic tree branches interconnected to each other. The towers give the look of stepped terraced arrangement, just like European medieval towns.

The parent company, Tata Housing Development company, has already established its presence in Bengaluru. Few of its significant projects are The Promont, luxury hilltop residences, Xylem-Bengaluru’s first LEED certified IT park and Aquila Heights, which is Bengaluru’s tallest residential complex.

Shortly Tata Value Homes, which is a subsidiary of Tata Housing Development Company, is planning to introduce three ‘Value Home’ projects in the Kolkata, Mumbai and Delhi. The projects of these three metros is expected to be launched this year. It will have 12,000 flats, and will be completed in a period of 7-8 years. The construction of all the projects is being carried out by word renowned builders internationally acclaimed architects Callison of United States.

Tata Value Home’s ‘New Haven Ribbon Walk’off Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) is first theme-based green township. It provides quick connectivity to Chennai’s important roads like OMR, ECR and GST. This Ribbon-themed Townshiphas been designed by architects RMJM, UK of international acclaim.

With a total area of 15 acres, this project will add 700 crore to Tata Value Homes by the year 2017. The project will offer 1,2,3 BHK homes with sprawling unique ribbon-inspired landscape that provides maximum green space, view of the lake, garden views and modern clubhouse with an infinity pool, modern day gymnasium, indoor games facilities, wide range of outdoor facilities like basketball-D, jogging track, tennis court, etc.

The price at which these flats are being offered is Rs.29.90 lakh for a one (bedroom, hall kitchen) BHK apartment, two BHK flat would cost Rs.39.90 lakh and Rs.49.90 lakh for a big two BHK and Rs.59.90 lakh for a spacious three BHK flat. Tata Value Homes have approximately 10,000 flats including all its locations. The overseas projects in Sri Lanka, Maldives and other South Asian countries this fiscal.
